Liberty Project – two Louisiana wells done right!

Liberty: A Prime Oil & Gas Boutique Investment

Liberty is a producing-well project built around a straightforward idea: put a meaningful portion of investor capital to work in assets that were already producing.

Part A of the project was used to acquire interests in establishing a producing well, Dugas & LeBlanc #4, giving the partnership immediate exposure to oil and gas production rather than relying entirely on future drilling success. Armelise #1 was part B of the project, giving the partnership upside to a development well. The Armelise #1 was successful and as a result, Liberty partners have received monthly operator reports since March 2025 and have been able to follow the performance of the underlying wells as the project has progressed.

Today, the two wells form the core of Liberty’s producing asset base: Dugas & LeBlanc #4 and Armelise #1.

Dugas & LeBlanc #4

Dugas & LeBlanc #4 produced 6,108 BOE during July 2026. During the final week of the month, the well averaged approximately 189 barrels of oil per day along with 49 Mcf of natural gas per day.

Its production history also illustrates an important reality of owning producing oil and gas assets: production is rarely a perfectly straight line. In January 2026, Dugas & LeBlanc #4 reported zero production while the well was temporarily offline for a workover. Following that work, the well returned to production and once again became a meaningful contributor to the project.

Armelise #1

Armelise #1 is currently the larger producer of the two wells. In July 2026, the well produced 9,194 barrels of oil equivalent (BOE). During the final week of July, the operator reported a seven-day average of approximately 298 barrels of oil per day.

The well has provided Liberty with meaningful producing exposure and continues to represent an important component of the project’s underlying value.

Why We Like the Liberty Model

Liberty is a project we are particularly proud of because we believe its structure represents an attractive model for the types of opportunities we want to continue bringing to our investors.

By combining interests in existing producing assets, like the Dugas & LeBlanc #4, with the opportunity for additional value creation, like the Armelise #1, we can build projects with a foundation of current production while still maintaining exposure to future upside.

That balance is important to us.

Producing wells provide investors with tangible operating assets, monthly production data and the potential for ongoing cash flow. At the same time, oil and gas ownership naturally comes with operational variability — wells require maintenance, commodity prices fluctuate and production rates change over time.

Our goal is not to eliminate those realities, but to structure projects intelligently around them.

Liberty demonstrates that philosophy in practice: acquire quality producing assets, add a development opportunit with it, maintain transparency through regular operating information, and give our partners direct participation in the performance of real oil and gas properties.

We believe that combination of existing production, upside potential, and tangible assets provides a strong foundation for a Boutique Project — and it is a structure we intend to continue building upon.
